AI consultant in Toronto and the GTA
Marc Lee Pack is an AI consultant in Toronto. I help founders decide where AI is worth building, then I implement it in a real product. This is CodeWrangler work: strategy plus the actual build. It is not TechStax. TechStax is a separate product I founded for businesses that want a managed AI stack.
CodeWrangler is Marc Lee Pack’s freelance practice, not a product or platform.
Based in Toronto. I work with founders in the GTA and Ontario, and remotely in the US.
What I do
What does an AI consultant actually do?
I sit with the product and the workflow, pick the one job AI should take, choose the model and tools, and build the feature or the agent. I do not leave you with a slide deck and a tool list.
Do you implement, or only advise?
Both, in that order. If the useful move is a small integration, we stop there. If you need an agent that uses your tools and data, I build that.
Is this the same as TechStax?
No. Same founder, two different offers. CodeWrangler is my freelance practice: I get hired to ship AI on your product. TechStax is a separate company with a managed AI voice, chat, and CRM stack for small and mid-size businesses. That product lives at techstax.io.
Who this is for
Who this is for
Founders and product teams who have a specific bottleneck and want it built. People who already tried a chatbot and got generic answers. Teams that need someone who will write the code, not only recommend a vendor.
Who this is not for
A company that wants a fully managed TechStax instance. That is the other site. A team that needs a named local for a market I do not serve. I am in Toronto. I work remote in the US. I am not a staff-aug bench.
Common Questions
What does an AI consultant in Toronto actually do?
I help you pick a real AI use case and I build it. Research, support, document work, or a feature inside a product you already have.
Do you implement, or only advise?
I implement. Advice without the build is how those tools sit unused.
Is this the same as TechStax?
Same founder, two offers. CodeWrangler is the practice. TechStax is the product.
Do you work with US companies remotely?
Yes. Based in Toronto. I work with founders in the GTA and Ontario, and remotely in the US.
How do I start?
How we start
You tell me the repetitive job or the product gap. I tell you whether it is worth building, what I would use, and whether CodeWrangler or TechStax is the fit. Then we decide if we talk further.
